This series of pumps are horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pumps. It can be used to transport clean water without solid particles (abrasives) or suspended solids or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media, etc. by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the flow-passing part of the pump), sealing form and adding a cooling system.

Horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are mainly divided into the following types according to their scope of use:

Type D: Type D pumps are used to transport clean water without solid particles and a temperature below 80°C or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for use in mining factories and urban water supply and drainage projects.

DF type: DF type pump is used to transport corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature of -20°C~150°C. The pressure at the pump inlet is allowed to be less than 0.6MPa. Users can reasonably select petroleum products based on the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature and pump inlet pressure of the transmission medium.

D, DF, and DY type pumps are horizontal, single-suction, segmented multi-stage centrifugal pumps. The suction port is horizontal and the discharge port is vertically upward from the horizontal. The water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, bearing body and other pump housing parts of the pump are integrated through tightening bolts, and the number of pump stages is selected according to the pump lift. (The direction of the water pump inlet and outlet can be changed according to user needs.)

 

The rotor part of this series of pumps is mainly composed of a shaft and impellers, bushings, balance plates and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of stages of the pump. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to integrate them with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings vary according to the model. They do not bear axial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate. The rotor is allowed to swim axially in the pump casing during operation of the pump. It cannot Use radial ball bearings. The rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, the sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and are self-lubricated with oil rings and cooled by circulating water.

 

The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section and outlet section of the pump are sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. A sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. When the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve When the degree of wear has affected the working performance of the pump, it should be replaced.

 

There are two types of shaft sealing: mechanical seal and packing seal. Most D-type pumps use packing seals, while DF and DY type pumps generally use mechanical seals. When the pump uses packing seals, the position of the packing ring must be correct, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate so that the liquid can seep out drop by drop. Various sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealing cavity. Water of a certain pressure must be passed into the cavity to function as water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

 

This series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through elastic couplings. Viewed from the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
